COOLER AREA SUPERVISOR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Managing direct reporting to the Cooler Team Leader, the successful candidate would take the challenges for ensuring cooler assets performance and maintain services commitment with external services provider REQUIREMENTS Taking charge for such a pivotal role, ideally the successful candidate would have the following qualifications : • Minimal holding a Diploma of Engineering • Max. age 30 years old • A minimum of one (1) years experience in Cooler System Application is preferable • Demonstrates a decent business acumen, showing good understanding of financial principles and implications, particularly in line with personnel cost management • High commitment to make things done • Should be able to maintain stable performance under pressure • Demonstrates a strong leadership and willing to be placed across Papua, Maluku & East Timor area • Computer literate and should be familiar 2. HR OFFICER ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Managing direct reporting to the HR Service Manager, the successful candidate would take the challenges for supporting HR activities are Recruitment Process, Personnel Administration and General Affairs activities REQUIREMENTS Taking charge for such a pivotal role, ideally the successful candidate would have the following qualifications : • Minimal holding a Bachelor Degree (Law, Psychology, Economic or Management) • Max. age 30 years old • A minimum of one (1) years experience in HR activities is preferable • Demonstrates a decent business acumen, showing good understanding of financial principles and implications, particularly in line with personnel cost management • High commitment to make things done • Should be able to maintain stable performance under pressure • Demonstrates a strong leadership and willing to traveling across Papua, Maluku & East Timor area • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills both in written and verbal English with score TOEFL minimum 500 is a must • Computer literate and should be familiar 3. SECRETARY ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Managing direct reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate would take the challenges for supporting GM’s business activities, developing external relationship, managing all business traveling and accordingly organizing all Management activities deemed supporting the achievement, and even exceeding, the company objective.
